believe it or not there are ppl in this world who care abt who YOU are and they like who YOU are.

Well I have been tought that what others think of you is all that matters. If the people that have power don't like, no one likes you. So I want to have any sense of pride or repect I have to "suck up" to them. I naturally think little of myself and that does not help much. I know that I am not going to talk to them much at all after high school. But it is hard not to want to be liked and accepted while I am here.

i understand where you're coming from....i used to be like that a couple yrs ago..
but i got over it...
i was stopping myself frmo doing things that i wanted and having fun and it wasnt worth it at all.

so i was just like fuck the world. i hate everyone.

so yeah. thats where we have come today, and im happy just being myself and not caring.

you shouldnt really care if other ppl that arent close to you are happy or not with how you're acting.
its YOUR life not theirs.
if they arent happy with what you're doing---what does it matter? if they arent close to you...they dont mean shit.
you arent going to know them or talk to them once you get outa high school
and when you do get outa high school, you are gonna relieze how all the drama and stupid ppl around you were and still are a waste of time. =]

thats how i live. i dont care abt anyone except a select few.
thats just how i roll, because in 2 yrs, im not gonna talk to them so why suck up to them now?

Well all that makes sense. I just wish I could live like that. I can't not care what my peers think about me. Even people that are just my friends affect me a lot everyday. I wish I could be more like you. Just do what I want not worry about what others think of me. But sinse I don't think much of myself I do worry about what people think of me. So I change to make them happy. I am still myself but I just want to keep everyone happy.

i didnt say i don't care what ANYONE thinks of me.

i honestly only care abt what the following ppl think of me:

-Family
-Best Friends (the rest can go to hell)
-Teachers
-Adults

and thats all i really need to care abt.
i dont care what everyone else thinks of me because their opinions are worthless to me.
they can think what they want but i will personally NEVER care.
its just how i am, why should i get all worked up abt what some teenager says abt me when they aren't going to have any kinda effect of my future AT ALL unless they are my best friend?...i mean my best friends are lasting FOREVER
these stupid worthless peers i have all around me can say all they want but they cant hurt me when i think absolutely nothing of them.

thats just how i feel. sorry if its harsh, but its true and thats how i live my life,
and it doesnt stop me from being who i am or standing up for what i believe in or doing what i feel is right.
all it does it keep me outa trouble. =] and thats how i like it. =D

I don't understand how people can not care what others think of them. You can't gain any self worth if you don't care what others think of you.
